YUUUK!
Today after i finished my first class at 11:15 am , i was so hungry. I usually like to eat something before i leave in the morning...breakfast is a very important meal right:) but with this early class. There is no way, i wake up like around 8:30....prepare Zaido's diaber bag, give him a shower, put cloths on him, and by the time i dress my self, it is already like 9:20. I rush to my car and we leave for the Day Care Center. Then to my school for the first lecture at 10am!So any way, when i finished my class i was starving. They opened a new cafeteria in my school finally...we didn't have a cafeteria last semester, students use to buy food from those big trucks, candy machines, or those small stores around campus! But now we actually have Subway and they are opening Taco Bill and other good stuff soon;)
I went to our brand new cafeteria to buy something from Subway, but the line was crazy..there were so many people waiting on the line, so i though maaan I'm not gona stand here for like 20-30 minutes, I'm just gona grab anything from this big truck out side. And i wish i never did. After i bought a sandwich..i walked until i found a good place to sit and enjoy my breakfast. After i took the first bite.....i was like oh my God... (wait nothing happened here yet) i just didn't ask the woman what kind of meat in it. So i walked all the way back to the truck and asked the woman. When she said it is turkey, i was like yay...now i can enjoy my breakfast and walked again to my seat. I put my books aside and couldn't wait to take the second bite....BUT before i did thank God i actually found a hair in it YUUK i already took a bite!!!:(. And you know there is two separate sandwiches in the thing, so out of curiosity, i opened the other one and i swear i found another longer hair!!!! i was like NO wayyyyyy. The hair was not even like hidden, it was very abvious. I threw it in the trash immediately.
I've never trusted those trucks that sells food before and it's the first time I've bought something from them. Actually this is the first time that t bought real food from school. Usually if i get hungry, i buy chips or something sealed, bas ana el habla because i was so hungry i thought come on Lobna, if they weren't clean, they wouldn't put them in a campus! Well I learned my lesson the hard way...tooooobeh ya Allah. Thank God that i saw that befor i actully ate the whole thing ewwwwww can you imagen!!!
So people, don't ever trust those trucks that sells food...and try not to make the same mistake i did even if you are starving.... mafhoom! Thank You
Now i think standing on that long line was worth it right? at least it's Subway...somthing you can trust...., actully I don't know if i can trust anyone now.
On another (nicer) note, yesterday Ammar made Riz belhaleeb for us. We use to make it alot... it is yummy. I gave some for Zaido today and he loooves it alhamdulilah:) He is truly baba's and mama's boy :-)
Aaand guess what..today is our Kitab anniversary :) I totally forgot about it lol...every year Ammar reminds me of it...lool I'm weired woman! Ammar has been planning for a special night for both of us this Sat, but my dear mother- in law just had a surprise by her own husband "my father- in law", he bought her a first class ticket to go see her family and attend family wedding, isn't that sweet mashallah:). So now we can't leave Zaido with her! may be the following week inshallah. This is like the 5th time we try to leave zaido..but somthing happens!!
Allah yej3alna men su3ada'a el daryn...ow yej3al 7ayatna ma3 azwajna maleeea'a bel fara7 wal suroor. Ameen
Have a nice weekend everyone! And Be safe

Aw, mabrook on your anniversary Lobna. Mashallah--Allah ye khaleekon la ba3ad, ameen.
Yuck, that is so sick. You should have demanded your money back from them! What a waste! :-( I'm seriously becoming more and more picky about where I eat out nowadays. I feel like they use the cheapest, dirtiest meat so they can keep the prices low.
Come up and visit us for President's Day weekend! :-)

Mabrook on your Anniversary.
How many years have you been married?
Save the celebration for a later date, maybe something better for worse.
Again Best Wishes for years to come.
